This Privacy Policy explains how Santa’s Wonderland collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Santa’s Wonderland, we, us and our means:

3. Meaning of Personal Information and Sensitive Information
Personal information means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether recorded in a material form or not.
Sensitive information includes health information and information about a person’s disability, medical condition, accessibility requirements, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, criminal record or biometric information.
Santa’s Wonderland will only collect sensitive information where it is reasonably necessary for one or more of its functions or activities and the individual has consented, unless collection is otherwise permitted or required by law.

Santa’s Wonderland will only communicate by email, SMS or in-app message for marketing purposes where permitted by law, including where the individual has provided consent or where otherwise permitted under applicable legislation.
Each commercial electronic message sent by Santa’s Wonderland will include:
clear sender identification; and
a functional unsubscribe facility.
Individuals may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the communication or by contacting Santa’s Wonderland.
Santa’s Wonderland may still send non-promotional messages, including transactional messages about orders, bookings, ticketing, payment details, session reminders, operational notices, safety updates and information relevant to a purchase or attendance.

event operators, ride operators, amusement providers and venue providers;

11. Overseas Disclosure
Personal information may be stored, processed or disclosed outside Australia where Santa’s Wonderland uses service providers or technology platforms located overseas.
Santa’s Wonderland will take reasonable steps in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles before disclosing personal information overseas.

Santa’s Wonderland will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

Santa’s Wonderland will not charge a fee to make an access request but may charge a reasonable fee for giving access where permitted by law.
