Ride Rules & Regulations

Rules & Regulations

To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at Santa’s Wonderland, there are some important ride regulations in place. Children under the age of 2 years old are unable to partake in activities like ice skating, tobogganing, and amusement rides including the jumping castles. To participate, children must be 2 years of age or older and capable of sitting upright without supervision. Each ride has specific height restrictions (starting from 60cm), clearly indicated at each ride location.

Some rides have a maximum age limit of 12 years old. Children aged 12 and above, are welcome to enjoy activities such as ice skating, tobogganing, the wave rider, dodgem cars, tea cups, and aeroplanes. Adults can also ride these attractions. This is in place to make sure Santa’s Wonderland is a magical and safe experience for the littlest believers, and the bigger believers who are still young at heart.

*Tiny believers under 2 are free to enter Santa’s Wonderland. Immerse them in the magic of Christmas and follow our 10-stop Christmas Activity Trail, experience the live stage shows and meet Santa’s Christmas characters while roaming the event.
