Inclusion Policy

Our Commitment

Santa's Wonderland South Australia welcomes all members of the community, regardless of their abilities. We will include people with disability at our event to the greatest extent that we can.

We will endeavour to make our event as accessible as possible, based on our policy of inclusion, the ability of individuals attending our event, the type and level of activities they want to participate in and our capacity to make modifications that embrace inclusion with the safety of all patrons always being our number one priority.

What We Will Do

Where possible, we present activities to ensure the environment within the event includes modifications so that access for people with disabilities are safe and accessible.

Be honest and explain certain modifications or adjustments are not currently possible.

Accept Companion Cards. Cardholders can present their Companion Card at Santa’s Wonderland and we will admit the cardholder’s companion at no charge. If you would like more information about Companion Cards, please visit the SA Government’s FAQs relating to Companion Cards.

We welcome people with disabilities to visit our dedicated ‘Quiet Zone’ which has been designed as a place to retreat so they can regulate and relax away from the general public.

Communicate with people and share information about activities to the best of our ability and in the most appropriate ways and formats.

Expect all members of our event to accept and welcome people with a disability.

Consistently review our policies to ensure that people can participate in our event without discrimination, harassment, or bullying.
