To help ensure a COVID-19 safe environment and provide a responsible event please read the below guidelines & procedures that we have put in place to ensure the ultimate safety of you.

Our 2020 Santa’s wonderland event is located at the Adelaide Showground but has moved into the Jubilee pavilion adding increased floor space and circulation for patrons.
Limited patrons per session (adhering to the 1 person per 2 square metre rule).
Dedicated entry/exit points to avoid crowds accumulating in certain areas.
Social Distancing measures will be strictly adhered to (including cafe areas) and we encourage you to follow the markings on the floor at all times.
Access to each hall/area limited and visitor flow managed with arrows on floors, i.e. one directional walkways.
Hand sanitiser dispensers will be provided throughout.
Ice skating – boots will be disinfected with spray after every use.
High touch surface such as hand rails on rides will be disinfected after every use.
Hand sanitiser will need to be applied before entering onto every ride.
Amusement ride carriages are spaced 1.5 metres apart. Families that live together can ride together. Carriages that are closer then 1.5 metres apart will be spaced out between family groups to allow for social distancing between groups.
Our venue will be cleaned thoroughly multiple times a day, including additional disinfecting of props and all surface areas and fully sterilised after each session.
Toilets will have a managed queuing system and will be cleaned after each use with a maximum capacity of patrons in one time
Additionally, we all accept card and other electronic payment methods.
Covid Safe Marshal will be presents at all sessions to ensure all “Covid-19 safe” measures are strictly adhered to.
Anybody found breaching Covid-19 safe protocols will be asked to leave the event.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have any symptoms do not attend and stay home, by attending the event and scanning your entry ticket, this is your legal declaration of wellness. Attendee records will be made available upon request by health officials if required for contact tracing.

- a Rash on Skin, or Discolouration of Fingers or Toes
- Difficulty Breathing or Shortness of Breath
- Chest Pain or Pressure
- Loss of Speech or Movement
If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms do not attend and stay home.
All staff have completed the Department of Health’s COVID-19 Covid awareness E Learning training course.
We have employed an increased number of cleaners, security and event staff for each session to ensure patron safety at all times.
Please be assured that if our staff are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms they will be required to stay at home to recover.
What You Can Do To Help
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, cough or flu like symptoms, please stay home to rest. Please wash your hands thoroughly before arriving at the event.
